New Directors Elected to California Healthcare Institute Board

LA JOLLA, CALIF. April 29, 2008 – The California Healthcare Institute (CHI) today announced that Daniel O'Day, president and chief executive officer at Roche Molecular Diagnostics (RMD), located in Pleasanton, Calif., and Michael Onuscheck, president of the neuromodulation division of Boston Scientific Corporation located in Valencia, Calif., have been elected to its board of directors. CHI is a non-profit public policy research organization, representing leading California academic institutions, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics and pharmaceutical firms.
