Summary - The bill would authorize a health care service plan contract or health insurance policy covering one or 2 individuals to include a provision that excludes coverage for any length of time for a condition for which medical advice, diagnosis, care, or treatment was recommended or received from a licensed health practitioner during the 10 years immediately preceding the effective date of coverage.

Status - Failed Passage in the Senate Health Committee on 04/16/08.  Granted Reconsideration.
