Summary - The bill would authorize the administrative director , only to the extent he or she determines is necessary to ensure reasonable access to drugs and pharmacy services by injured workers, as documented in the above study, to revise maximum fees for (1) pharmacy services and drugs that would exceed the fees for pharmacy services and drugs that are prescribed in the relevant Medi-Cal payment system ; and (2) the maximum fees for pharmacy services or drugs not covered by the relevant Medi-Cal payment system that would exceed 100% of the fees paid by Medi-Cal for pharmacy services or drugs that require comparable resources.
