Beth Roberts Partner Hogan Lovells

Beth Roberts assists clients with optimizing the value of their innovative medical technologies. She helps clients navigate the complex coding, coverage, and reimbursement challenges faced by their new technologies. Beth counsels clients on Medicare and other healthcare compliance issues and lobbies U.S. Congress and regulatory agencies on her clients’ behalf. Her clients include healthcare providers; pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device manufacturers; investors; and professional and trade associations.

In June, 2014, Beth was part of the Tahirih Justice Center team as Highly Commended in the 2014 Seymour Mintz Excellence Awards. In December 2013, Beth accepted the LaSalle D. Leffall Hidden Hero Award from Change, a pro bono client, on behalf of work done by Melissa Bianchi, Donna Boswell, Erin Hertzog, Mike Gilliland, Deborah Ashford, herself, and others. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Beth served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable John Ferren on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. While attending law school, Beth served as administrative editor of the Texas International Law Journal.
