On Sept. 25, 20 members of the California congressional delegation, led by Rep. Anna Eshoo (D-Atherton), submitted a letter to Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus (D-MT) addressing concerns with his proposed tax on medical device manufacturers as part of overall healthcare reform legislation.
