Reversing California's Downward Trend: OpEd by Carl Hull, Gen-Probe Incorporated

The San Diego Daily Transcript published CHI's newly elected board member, Carl Hull, president and chief executive officer, Gen-Probe Incorporated, OpEd "How can our state reverse this downward trend?" on Thursday. Hull discussed California's unique traits that state legislative leaders should focus on in order to help the economy and strengthen business in California. A few areas included creating incentives for innovation, investing in workforce development and streamlining the regulatory process. Hull believes these areas and others are crucial to help California regain its status of America's most dynamic state.
