Orianna S. Jepsen
Administrative Services Manager

Orianna (Ori) Jepsen joined CHI as Administrative Services Manager in July 2007. She has several years of experience in office administration, general accounting, operations, human resources, database management and marketing. Most recently, she held contract positions for Caron & Stanley, a direct staffing company, and Argen Corporation, a dental alloy manufacturer. Previously she was the Marketing Manager/Human Resources Manager for Fashion Furniture Rental in San Diego, and then the Operations Manager of Fashion's sister company, where she managed the general office administration and operations of this small business including finance, human resources, IT, and marketing. She owned her own business in San Marcos, California, as an Operations Manager / Executive Recruiter for four years and was Assistant Database Manager for a direct marketing company in the Bay Area. Ori holds a bachelor's degree from UC-Santa Barbara, an MBA from CSU-Sacramento and an MA in Counseling/Career Development from Santa Clara University.
