Public Relations Internship

The public relations intern's responsibilities include: Provide media relations support for communications department, researching media opportunities and coverage. Assist in writing press releases, memos, website content, internal announcements, bios and other marketing collateral. Monitor and research trends, news coverage and opportunities for public relations development. Aid in the distribution of CHI reports and other publications. Assist with scheduling media tours for communications department.

This is an unpaid internship with the opportunity to earn college credit. Student must be pursuing a four-year degree in communications, journalism or related field.
